Welcome to day 7 of the restore and recover series targeting tension in the feet, relieving strain in the calves and ankles from long periods of standing or due to stress in sports. In this series, we will hold stretches longer than what we would typically for traditional static holds and techniques to bring more blood flow into the area and speed up recovery by allowing for deeper releases in sore areas with time.
