40 Minute Pilates And Stretch Routine: Ideal For Returning To Fitness After A Break!
Join me for a mixed ability 40 minute pilates and stretch session. Great for everybody. You can do this anytime, anywhere- all you need is a mat. This workout is ideal for days when you need a little extra stretch or you are coming back to Pilates after a break and need that little bit more help with your flexibility. It will be a lovely mix of 20 minutes pilates with 20 minutes of flexibility work. Do let me know what you think in the comments below.
